HR ASSISTANT

Advanced Spine & Posture, is seeking several Human Resources Assistant, to join our growing team of medical practitioners, physical therapists and chiropractors as we revolutionize the healthcare industry. We have experienced consistent growth in several areas of the Las Vegas valley as well as Michigan, and are looking for eager assistants to help with continuing this mission.  

We are a Unified Multi-Disciplinary Medical, Physical Therapy, and Chiropractic Biophysics® Center. This experience is a great opportunity to learn and grow with other professionals as we prepare for growth in other areas of the country.  

Our flagship Las Vegas headquarters is a 5500 square-foot clinic in the Northwest/Aliante area of Las Vegas, near the 215 and Decatur. Currently we are expanding our physical therapy department at our Henderson/Green Valley location and our Alta Rancho location.  Please take a minute to review our company Core Values. Preferred applicants would possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a group and independently. Some travel may be required, applicants must be OK with 10% work out of state.  

Job responsibilities will include:    

   • Building and managing employee HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately during on-boarding. 

   • Provide clerical support to the HR department, Benefits Coordinator and Chief of Staff.     

   • May assist with various HR functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks. 

   • Working with management staff Improving existing systems
